摘要
目的 研究感染登革病毒 型后 (DV2 )白纹伊蚊脂肪酸的动态变化。 方法 采用 DV2经胸注射白纹伊蚊 ,以气相色谱法检测感染后 5 d、10 d及 2 0 d白纹伊蚊脂肪酸含量 ,并与未感染 DV2相应龄期蚊虫脂肪酸含量比较。 结果 共检测了 13种脂肪酸 ,其中饱和脂肪酸 5种 ,不饱和脂肪酸 8种。不饱和脂肪酸与饱和脂肪酸的比例在正常组随蚊虫龄期的增加先升后降 ;在 DV2组随其龄期的增加先降后升。在 DV2感染后 2 0 d脂肪酸不饱和度最高。在正常各组及感染 DV2各组中 ,均以软脂酸 (16 :0 )、十六碳烯酸 (16 :1)和油酸 (18:1) 3种脂肪酸的含量最高 ,占总脂肪酸含量的 80 %以上 ,但感染各组较正常对照组均有升高趋势。 结论 白纹伊蚊感染 DV2后虽有脂肪酸含量变化 ,但以不饱和脂肪酸的升高为主 ,故不会降低其体内的能量代谢 ,因而也不会降低其寿命。
Objective To study the dynamic changes of the fatty acids in Aedes albopictus after the infection of dengue virus Ⅱ type (DV2). Methods DV2 was injected into the thorax of Ae. albopictus. The contents of fatty acids in Ae. albopictus were determined with gas chromatography on the 5th day, 10th day and 20th day after infection respectively. The fatty acids in Ae. albopictus were also compared with those in same instar non-infected mosquitoes. Results 13 sorts of fatty acids were determined including 5 sorts of saturated fatty acids and 8 sorts of unsaturated fatty acids. The ratio of unsaturated and saturated fatty acids was decrease after increase in control group and increase after decrease in DV2 group. There was the highest saturated degree on 20th day after DV2 infection. The contents of palmitic acid(16∶0), palmitoleic acid(16∶1) and oleic acid(18∶1) were the highest in each group. Their contents were more than 80% of total fatty acids. There was increasing trend in each DV2 group. Conclusion This study suggested that there were some changes of contents of fatty acids in Ae. albopitcus after DV2 infection, but unsaturated fatty acids increase obviously. Therefore DV2 could not decrease the metabolism of energy and short the lifespan of Ae. albopictus.
