摘要
目的 了解核装检人员营养状况,为更好地保障核装检人员的身体健康提供科学依据。方法 采用GJB-4126-2000《军人营养状况生化评价》规定的项目进行检测评价。结果 对照组和调查组血清白蛋白、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、锌、维生素A、维生素B_1、维生素B_2和维生素C检测结果均在正常值范围内;但调查组维生素A和维生素C均值较对照组低(P<0.01);锌、甘油三酯均值高于对照组(P<0.05);血清白蛋白、总胆固醇、维生素B_1、维生素B_2均值2组差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 核装检人员营养状况基本良好。提示放射性照射对机体的血脂代谢和维生素A、维生素C的吸收有一定的影响。
[Objective] To examine the nutritional status of nuclear device inspectors, and to provide scientific basis for ensuring their health. [Methods] Evaluation was made according to BJB-4126-2000 'Biochemistry Evaluation on the Nutritional Status of Soldiery'. [Results]Serum albumin, cholesterol, glycerine, zinc, VitA, VitB1, VitB2 and VitC of both the control group and the examined group are all within the normal range. But the average values of VitA and VitC in the examined group are lower than that of the control group( P < 0.01); the average values of glycerine and zinc are higher than that of the control group ( P < 0.05); the average values of serum albumin, cholesterol, VitB1 and VitB2 in the two groups have no significant difference ( P >0.05) .[Conclusion]The nutritional status of nuclear device inspectors is fine. It is indicated that radiation has a certain effect on the blood metabolism and the absorption of VitA and VitC.
