摘要
使用流动电位法Zeta电位仪,探讨了纸料Zeta电位对填料留着率、施胶度和纸张强度的影响。结果表明:纸料Zeta电位对造纸过程和纸张质量的影响,不管是酸法造纸还是中性造纸都非常大,控制范围在-4～-9mV内效果较好。
The relationship between Zeta potential of papermaking furnish and filler retention,sizing degree,as well as strength properties of paper sheet,is investigated in this paper with Zeta potential instrument based on streaming potential.The results show that the Zeta potential of papermaking furnish affects the properties of papermaking and paper sheet properties to a large extent not only in acid condition papermaking but in neutral condition papermaking.The appropriate Zeta potential is in the range of -4～-9mV.
