基于IP网络的数字音视频监控系统的设计与实现

Design and Realization of Digital Voice and Video Surve illance System Based on IP Network

提出了一种采用实时传输协议 (RTP/RTCP)封装监控音视频数据并通过 IP网络组播的方案。该系统在分析了监控音视频信息的网络传输实际需求的条件下 ,吸取了实时传输协议的基本思想和 IP组播的设计方法。

A kind of design which encapsulating the video an d audio data from DVR system with RTP/RTCP and multicasting them over IP network i s produced in this paper The system absorb the principle of RTP/RTCP and IP Mul ticast on the condition of analysing actual demands of audio and video transmitt ing in DVR system
