睾丸、阴茎原发性淋巴瘤(附5例报告)

Primary lymphoma of testis and penis

目的 研究男性生殖系统淋巴瘤的临床表现、诊断、治疗及转归。方法 总结 1998年 5月～ 2 0 0 2年 5月收治的男性生殖系统原发性淋巴瘤共 5例 ,其中 4例原发于睾丸 ,1例原发于阴茎。病理类型为非霍奇金淋巴瘤。全部患者都给予手术治疗 ,术后都予化疗。结果 其中 3例早期肿瘤患者生存期已超过 2年。另 2例晚期肿瘤患者生存期为 10和 11个月。结论 对早期睾丸和阴茎原发性淋巴瘤应积极予手术治疗 ,术后予辅助化疗 ,有较好的疗效 ,但对晚期淋巴瘤则预后较差。

Objective To study the clinical presentation,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of the primary lymphoma of male genitalia.Methods From 1998.5～2002.5, 5 cases of primary lymphoma of male genitalia were treated, 4 of them being testis and 1 of them being penis. All of them are non-Hodgkin's lymphoma in pathology. All of the patients were treated with chemotherapy after operation.Results 3 early-stage patients have survived for over 2 years respectively. 2 patients with advanced disease survived for 10 months and 11 months.Conclusions For the early-stage patients, the operation should be done if the patients have the primary lymphoma in testis or penis,and chemotherapy after the operation will do more help, The patients with advanced disease have a grave prognosis.
