摘要
本文以六缸机的整体曲轴为算例 ,建立了以接触单元为支承的整体有限元分析模型 .通过选取适当的受力条件 ,改进约束条件加入接触单元 ,得到了一种整体曲轴有限元分析的改进模型并在微机上通过ANSYS平台完成了计算 .计算结果表明该模型具有更好的实用价值 ,更能反映曲轴的支承情况 ,为进一步分析曲轴提供了新思路。
This article uses a six-cylinder engine's integral crank as an example to set up an integral FEA model sustained by contacting elements. The improved integral crank FEA model was set up by choosing suitable force conditions and improving constrain conditions by adding contacting elements, which was fulfilled on the platform of ANSYS through an PC. The result has been proved to be more valuable and more closer to the real sustain conditions of the crank, which also provides us with a new way for crak analysis.
