摘要
以感光性单体和丙烯腈共聚合成了共聚物膜材料 ,并制备出具有光敏特性的超滤膜 ;扫描电子显微镜图像显示所制备的高聚物膜具有超滤结构 ;膜的透过实验表明 ,所制备的膜具有较高的纯水通量及对蛋白质截留率 。
A photo-sensitive monomers was synthesized using 4-vinylbenzyl chloride and sodium diethyldithiocarbamate.The copolymer materials were synthesized with the photo-sensitive monomer and acrylonitrile by radical polymerization,then ultrafiltration membranes having photo-sensitive property were prepared by phase inversion technology.SEM photograph shows that the membranes have a typical structure of ultrafiltration.The permeation of the membranes shows that the resultant membranes have a high water flux and the MWCO of the membranes for BSA prepared from different cast solution containing 8%,10% and 12%(mass fraction)of the copolymer are 1.60×10 5,1.17×10 5 and 7.30×10 4 respectively.
