摘要
混合器是天然气发动机的重要部件。作者在发动机台架试验数据的基础上 ,分析了混合器喉口面积、收缩 (入口 )角度与真空度 (进气管进气压力 )之间的关系 ;真空度、混合器喉口面积与发动机最大功率的关系。分析结果认为 ,混合器喉口面积、入口角度是影响天然气发动机功率的主要参数。
Mixer is an important part of CNG engine. This paper analyzed the relationship between the vacuum degree and the throat area, shrinking degree of mixer, and the relationship between the maximum power and the vacuum degree and the throat area based on the engine mapping data. Then a conclusion was drawn that the power of engines is Influenced mainly by the throat area and shrinking degree of mixer.
