以菲尼龙为基质的复合材料之热稳定性研究

摘要  为了研制热稳定性高的炭质复合材料,在热稳定性的菲尼龙树脂c 2中添加沥青炭纤维制成复合材料,并在298K~873K之间,以10℃ min的加热速度,在热失重仪中用热失重分析方法测定菲尼龙及其复合材料的热稳定性数据,表明菲尼龙在添加沥青炭纤维后,热稳定性提高164℃~275℃。采用非均向反应机理的数学模型,确定了菲尼龙在c 2及以其为基质的复合材料可能的热氧化裂解的动力学指标。 For preparing high thermo-stable composite materials, the thermo-stable resin 'phenylon' c-2 was infiltrated into pitch carbon fibers to form composite materials. The thermo-stability of the composite and phenylon c-2 was measured by thermo-gravimetrical analysis using a heating rate of 10 degreesC/min from 25 to 600 degreesC. It is shown that the thermal stable temperature of phenylon c-2 in the composite material is increased in the range 164 degreesC - 275 degreesC. The possible mechanism and optimal kinetic parameters of thermo-oxygenic decomposition of 'phenylon' c-2 and its composite material with pitch CF were determined.
