The paper introduces the conception and the character of circumlittoral agriculture firstly, analyses the conditions of developing circumlittoral agriculture in Beihai City, discusses the actuality and the existent problem of circumlittoral agriculture in Beihai City,and puts forward countermeasures and advice to develop circumlittoral agriculture in Beihai city.
