摘要
本文用XPS研究了1J79光亮热处理后表面发灰的成因。分析结果表明,氧在高温下和材料中的 钛发生作用,引起杂质元素钛在表面的偏析,是造成材料表面光亮处理后发灰的主要原因,并提出 了改进措施。
The reasos for greying of the surface of 1J79 alloy after bright heat treatment has been studied by XPS. It is shown that oxygen reacts on the titanium in the alloy at high temperature thus resulting in segregation of titanium impurity on the surface of the alloy, which may be the main reason of the surface greying . Also this paper offers some measures for improving on processes of 1J79 alloy.
