针对现有传统烤房结构不够合理,操作不方便,调控不灵敏,燃料消耗高,烘烤质量不稳定的现状,在原有研究成果的基础上,借鉴国外烘烤设备的优点,结合本地实际,经过几年试验研究得出的具有自主知识产权的立式炉热风室新型节能烤房,较好地解决了传统烤房存在的弊端,具有结构合理、设计新颖、调控灵敏,操作方便安全,增质节能明显,环境效益显著等特点,取得了显著的经济效益、生态效益和社会效益。

This project has been brought about by some of the problems facing traditional curing barn without logical structure,convenient operation,sensitive temperature regulation,saving fuel and steady curing quality of tobacco leaf.Based on the previous achievements,the erectfurnace hotairroom curing barn that possessed independent knowledge property right has been brought out by experiments several years.It overcame the defects of the traditional curing barn and remained all the advantages,with novel and reasonable structure design,temperature rising smoothly and exactly,operating expediently and safely,quality improving and energy saving obviously,environment benefits markedly and soon on.It was advanced in greatly economic,ecological and social benefits by popularized the erectfurnace curing barn.
