摘要
对16MnCr5钢制变速器从动齿轮定位孔和螺钉孔热处理变形进行测试、分析,指明选用“H”钢、严 格控制钢的淬透性波动范围和热处理前冷加工尺寸范围,同时施行正确热处理的工艺是生产中的 关键问题。
This paper measured and analyzed heat treating distortion of location holes and screw holes of gearbox follower gear,and indicated that adophing 'H' steel,strict controlling on hardenability surging of steel and cold worked size defore heat treating as well as correct implementing of heat treatment process are essential in production of the gear.
