摘要
粉末冶金制品与机械切削加工的零件不同,其表面存在孔隙,表面粗糙,采用三坐标测量机测量其工作曲面时往往存在偏差,采用同线多点(>5)、同面多线(>3)的基准定位方法,可确保坐标系精确定位,测量误差减小及制品尺寸的准确测量。
As compared with the surface of as--machine part, the surface of P/M part is more
rough and exists appearant pores. When measuring its profile with three-coordinate measur-
ing instrument, there are often errors. If a method of multi-points(>5 points) on the same
line and multi-lines (>3 lines) on the same profile is used in setting the measuring bench-
mark, we can ensure to set coordinate accurately, to reduce the measuring errors and to mea-
sure exactly the part dimension.
