东海西湖合作区块油田和气田的定义及意义

Definition Concerning Oil and Gas Field of Contract Area of Xihu Trough, the East China Sea

文章以东海西湖凹陷天然气开采合作项目为基础 ,针对《标准合同》中就中外双方所争议的问题之一 :对外合同区油田和气田的定义展开讨论 ,根据东海西湖凹陷特定的地质属性 ,在不违反标准合同的基本原则下 ,对明显不适用于东海西湖凹陷具体特点的相关条款做出修订 ,并从维护中方资源国利益和鼓励外商开发天然气田的角度出发 ,阐述了修订油田和气田定义的意义。

This paper based on the cooperative item of gas exploitation of Xihu trough studies one of the problem which was disputed in standard contract on oil and gas field of contract area of Xihu trough by Sino-Foreign. In the light of the especial attribute of Xihu trough, the East China Sea, relative items that are not apparently applicable to the especial attribute of Xihu trough, the East China Sea according to the basic principle of Standard Contract must be mended, and stating the significance of mending definition of oil (gas) field on basis of protecting the benefits of our country and inspiring foreigner to exploit gas field.
