An analysis is made of the characteristics of overseas manufacturers in terms of quality control,technical level and informationized management.A discussion is made of the necessity of stationing quality supervisors in overseas manufacturers.Personal opinions are given on specific practices of stationed supervision and requirements for stationed supervisors.
