西部大开发,是我国区域经济发展的重要战略。在21世纪,必须遵循五个原则,即优区位选择原则、增长极发展原则、开创性推进原则、可持续发展原则和政策性动作原则。
Development of west China is the important strategy of Chinese regional economic development.In 21st,we must observe five principles:principle of superior zone choice,principle of grow pole development,principle of innovational advance,principle of sustainable development and principle of policy action.
