私营企业生命周期短,不利于国民经济的发展。本文在分析私营企业的现状和特点的基础上,从产权制度、治理结构、企业管理、企业创新、人才投资、企业联盟、政策环境等几个方面提出延长私营企业生命周期的途径。

The private enterprise life cycle is too short to take advantage of the national economys development. This text is on the basic of analysising private enterprises present condition and characteristics foundation, from occupation system?construction of administration?enterprise management?enterprise creative?human resource investment?a few aspects of alliance?policy environment...etc.of enterprises bring up to prolong the path of the private enterprise life cycle.
