加强中小企业财务会计管理工作的探讨

A discussion on improve the management of accounting in the small and middle sized corporation

中小企业对我国国民经济的发展起着重要的作用,然而中小企业的财务会计管理工作却存在人才缺乏、机制不健全等问题。针对这一问题,本文提出了加强中小企业的会计核算与财务管理工作的对策。

Small and middle sized corporation play an important role in the Chinas economic development, however, the management of accounting in the small and middle sized corporation have some problem in short of suitable staffs and the lake of integrated construction. To point this problem, this article will give the countermeasure for improving the management of accounting in the small and middle sized corporation.
