摘要 种种迹象表明,我国房地产业在不断快速发展的同时,也出现了一些过热的苗头。商品房空置面积大幅增加,已超过国际警戒线水平,房地产业的泡沫已经显现。作为我国房地产业的主要投资者,商业银行既要支持房地产业的发展,为全面建设小康社会做出积极贡献,又要切实加强信贷风险管理,保障信贷资金安全,防止泡沫的扩大。要严格按照中国人民银行等国家主管部门的一系列要求,规范房地产业金融业务发展,维护金融体系稳定。 It can be inferred from facts that the real estate industry has been excessively heated while developing rapidly. The vacancy rate of commercial housing has been increasing and has surpassed international caution rate. It shows that the economic bubble has formed. Commercial banks, as the main investor in real estate of the country, should give credit support to it to make contribution to the economic development. Meanwhile, they ought to enhance their loan management, to ensure the security of credit assets, so that they can prevent the bubble from growing larger. They should strictly follow the demand of People's Bank of China, in order to normalize the operation of providing loan and create a healthy and steady finance environment.
