从长远看,企业的核心竞争优势不仅取决于与竞争对手的竞争,更取决于为顾客所提供的核心价值,对顾客价值模型的分析要有助于企业进行顾客价值的创新。企业应摆脱传统的战略思维,围绕顾客价值创新,探索培育企业的核心竞争优势,促进企业可持续发展。
From long run, core competitive advantage of an enterprise represents the core value delivered to the customers as well as the superiority to its competitors. It is helpful for the enterprise to innovate customer value by analyzing customer value model. The enterprise should skip out from traditional strategic views to develop core competitive advantage and enhance sustainable development, centering around the customer value innovation.
