当今,企业追求多元化经营促使了世界范围的兼并和收购热潮,在减低成本和规避风险的同时,往往忽略了组织庞大带来的诸多弊端。所以,企业不应盲目追求规模的庞大和业务的多元化;而应从其发展战略和培养核心竞争力的角度,来确定最合适的业务范围及经营规模。从而,对企业进行业务紧缩就越来越重要。撤资是企业紧缩的主要方式之一。本文将从企业成长战略的角度,来探讨撤资对企业战略实施的重要性及其实施步骤。
Nowadays so many enterprises have been pursuing many-faceted operation that caused worldwide upsurge of merge and acquisition. It does reduce the cost and escaped some uncertain risks, but several disadvantages followed the large organization rises as well. Such disadvantages are frequently ignored by large corporations, so they should make sure the most suitable business range and operation scale directing its strategy and core competence instead of chasing blind dimension and diversity. Thereby the corporation contractibility is becoming more and more important. As divestiture is one of the major contractibility methods this paper will explore its importance and implementation on the basis of entrepreneurial growth strategy.
