全日制MBA学员面临的问题与对策分析

The problems and countermeasures of full-time MBA students

MBA教育是当前中国教育市场的热点之一,越来越多的有志于从事管理工作的人士,纷纷离开原有的工作岗位,投入到艰苦的全日制MBA学习之中,形成脱产学习的热潮。针对上述现象,通过对部分全日制MBA学员和企业进行问卷调查,了解有关全日制MBA学员在学习中遇到的典型问题,以及产生这些问题原因的描述,并据此提出改进MBA教育的建议与对策。

MBA program is one of hot spots in Chinese education market, more and more people who want to be engaged in management have quit their jobs for fulltime MBA learning, so an upsurge is formed. Accordingly, an investigation is done through some fulltime MBA students and part of enterprises, then the typical problems of fulltime MBA students' learning are introduced, and the reasons are described. Based on this investigation, these improving suggestions and revolutions are led forth.
