This article starts from the analysis of present economy,years of expanded recruitment,Chinas entry into WTO and information globalization,then puts forward the idea that university students should deal properly with such problems as the employment expectation,capability and employment models,grasp opportunities,stand up to various of challenges and take employment properly.
