复方丹参注射液预防肝静脉闭塞症58例报告

THE REPORT OF 58 CASES TO PREVENT HEPATIC VENO-OCCLUSIVE DISEASE WITH COMPOUND DANSHEN FOR INJECTION

目的 :探讨预防造血干细胞移植 (HSCT)后肝静脉闭塞症 (HVOD)的有效方法。方法 :对患者从预处理开始的体重、腹痛并肝大、腹水、总胆红素、谷草转氨酶 (AST)、谷丙转氨酶(AL T)、血浆凝血酶原时间 (PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间 (APTT)等指标进行动态观察并分析结果。结果 :无一例发生 HVOD。结论 :复方丹参注射液可以有效地预防 HVOD的发生。

Objective:To investigate the effectual ways of preventing hepatic veno occlusive disease (HVOD) after hematological stem cell transplantation (HSCT).Methods:To observe weight, abdominal pain and hepatomegalia, hydroperitoneum, total bilirubin, aspartate amintransferase (AST), alanine amintransferase (ALT), prothrombin time (PT), activated partial thromboplastin (APTT) from the beginning of preparative regimen of patients, and analysis these results.Results:No one developed HVOD.Conclusion:Compound Dansen for injection effectually prevents HVOD.
