自体骨髓移植治疗急性髓性白血病

AUTOLOGOUS BONE MARROW TRANSPLANTATION FOR THE TREATMENT OF ACUTE MYELOID LEUKEMIA

目的 :探讨急性髓性白血病患者自体骨髓移植前用 ACE方案预处理 (阿糖胞苷 +环磷酰胺 +鬼臼乙叉苷 )和全身照射 +ACE预处理的疗效。方法 :自体骨髓移植治疗 3例急性髓性白血病 ,1例采用 ACE方案预处理 ,2例用 TBI+ACE方案预处理。结果 :3例均移植成功 ,白细胞≥ 1.0×10 9/L 的时间分别为 +16天 ,+14天 ,+19天 ,血小板 >2 0× 10 9/L 的时间分别为 +17天、+19天、+19天。ACE方案预处理的并发症明显少于全身照射 +ACE预处理。结论 :单用 ACE预处理不影响自体骨髓移植疗效 。

Objective:To study the currative effect of conditioning regimens consisting Ara C,cyclophosphamide,etoposide (ACE) and total body irradiation (TBI) +ACE on acute myeloid leukemia before autologous bone marrow transplantation (ABMT).Methods:Three acute myeloid leukemia patients received ABMT,One patients was treated with conditioning regimen of ACE (case 1),Two patients were treated with conditioning regimen of TBI+ACE (case 2,3).Results:Three patients established succesful engraftment.After Auto BMT,the time to leukocyte≥1.0×10 9/L of case 1,2,3 were 16,14,19 days respectively,the time to platelet>20×10 9/L were 17,19,19 days respectively.The transplantation complications of case 1 were muck less than that of case 2,3.after ABMT,case 1 was not chemical therapy and was complete response,marrried and bearing one boy.Conclusion:The conditioning regimen of ACE didn′t influence the effect of ABMT,and was did not have the side effect of TBI.
