摘要
对船用柴油机气缸套在铸造过程中出现的缺陷进行了分析研究,采取了相应的工艺措施,减少甚至消除这类缺陷,使气缸套的废品率大为降低,获得了可观的经济效益。
In this paper,the defects of cylinder sleeve for marine diesel in the course of casting were analyzed.By adopting approprite technic,which greatly reduced and dispelled the reject rate and obtained high economic benfit.
