近终型铝合金制模技术的应用

Analysis and Application of Near Net Metal Shape Casting

为了适应新产品更新换代加快、生产周期缩短的要求,引入快捷制模工艺近终型铸模制模技术,将成为改造传统铸造模具制造工艺的有效途径。由此产生的近终型制模技术,可以极大的缩短制模周期、降低生产成本。本文将简述近终型技术在制模工艺实际中的应用概况。并在此基础上举出实例,指出近终型制模技术可以大大提高了生产效率的同时,还可以快捷的制造出各种复杂的零件/金属模具,作者认为该技术有着广阔的应用前景。

In order to yield new products rapidly and to reduce the period of production, rapid near net shape casting technology will be an efficient approach which results in the improving of traditional technology of making moulds.Rapid near net shape casting technology can reduce the period of making model and the cost.Some application of near net shape technology will be introduced in this paper. Based on some cases, it is pointed out that the near net shape technology can improve the efficiency of production greatly and can rapidly produce many kinds of complicated part patterns.And it will be used widely in engineering in the future.
