Using Cast-Penetrating Process to Obtain Metal Matrix Wear Resistant Surface Composites

介绍了铸渗法制备钢铁基表面耐磨复合材料的制备工艺分类、铸渗机理和铸渗组织的新进展,总结了新近开发的一些改善铸渗效果的工艺措施,并提出了今后研究工作中值得重视的几个问题。

In this paper the new development of casting-penetrating technologies, mechanism and microstructures of cast-infiltration in using cast-penetrating process to obtain metal matrix wear resistant surface composites were introduced. Some technological measures to improve the result of casting penetration were summarized. Several main research problems that should be paid more attentions were proposed. 
