急性白血病五种血浆凝血因子测定及临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨急性白血病(AL)血浆凝血因子Ⅴ、Ⅶ、Ⅷ、Ⅸ、Ⅹ活性(F Ⅴ:c,FⅦ:c,FⅧ:c,FⅨ:c和F Ⅹ:c)的变化。方法 采用COAG-MATE-XM型血凝自动分析仪测定36例AL患者(ANLL28例,ALL8例)五种凝血因子活性水平,并与30例正常人作对照。结果 ①AL患者F Ⅴ:c,FⅦ:c,FⅧ:c和F Ⅹ:c大多降低,ANLL较ALL更显著;②组间比较:高危组FⅧ:c、F Ⅹ:c降低;出血组F Ⅴ:c、FⅦ:c、FⅧ:c和F Ⅹ:(降低;缓解组F Ⅴ:c、FⅦ:c、FⅧ:c和F Ⅹ:c升高,前三项已恢复正常水平。结论 检测上述凝血因子水平对AL病情和预后判断有一定意义。 objective To investigcte the vitality variation of five coagulation factors (F V : C, F VI : C, F VIII : C,F IX : C,F X : C)in plasma in acute leuken ia(AL). Methods Application of model COAG-MATE-XM blood coagulation automatic analysis instrument to assay the vitality of blood coagulation factors in 36 cases of acute leukemia patients (ANLL 28 cases. ALL 8 cases) which compared with 30 cases of normal person. Results (1) F V : c, FVII : c, F VIII : c and F X : c decrease in almost AL patients, and ANLL patients had a significantly lower level than ALL patients. (2)Inter-group comparison : F VIII : c,F X : c decrease in high risk group ;F V : c,FVII : c,F VIII : c and F X : c decrease in hemorrhage group ;F V : c, F VII : c,F VIII : c and F X = c increase in remission group,and ahead three item had come back to normal range. Conclusion There is some clinical significance for state and prognosis of AL by detecting that coagulation factors in blood.
