摘要 有机电致发光显示技术被看好是下一代最有竞争力的平板显示技术。经过短短十余年,该技术的研究得到了飞速的发展,已经达到了实用化的水平。本文将介绍OLED的发展背景、工作原理、驱动技术和封装材料。 The organic light emitting diode is considered the most competitive flat panel display technique in the next FPD, OLED` research has rapidly developed in the past over ten years, OLED already achieves applied level. In the paper, there are development, emitting theory, IC drive and encapsulation material about OLED.
