摘要 设计了2英寸120×(160×3)全彩色AM-OLED显示屏的驱动方案。象素单元电路为简单的模拟驱动电路,但引入了基于四分场的数字灰度方案。采用FPGA设计了控制电路。仿真结果显示,该方案能够实现16级灰度显示。 A driving scheme for 2-inch full-color AM-OLED displays with 120ⅹ(160ⅹ3) resolution is presented. The pixel driver circuits are simple analog drivers, but a digital addressing scheme based on 4 Sub-frames is introduced. A control circuit achieved by a FPGA device is designed. The simulated results indicate that 16-level gray-scale can be generated.
