连续进料超临界二氧化碳萃取和浓缩α-V_E的试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 以甲酯化豆油脱臭馏出物为原料 ,利用超临界二氧化碳萃取技术浓缩α -VE,探讨萃取压力、精馏柱温度场分布及二氧化碳流量对萃取效果的影响 ,结果表明 ,在萃取压力 16MPa ,精馏柱温度场 6 5 /5 5 /4 5 /35℃ (从上到下 ) ,二氧化碳流量 4~ 7L/min的条件下 ,可以获得较高的α -VE 浓度及回收率。 Using methylated soybean deodorized sludge as material,extraction of α-V_E by supercritical CO_2 method was studied.The influence of extraction conditions including extraction pressure,temperature distribution in the refinery column and CO_2 on α-V_E concentration and recovery was investigated.The results show that at extraction pressure 16MPa,temperature distribution 65/55/45/35℃(from column top to column bottom)and CO_2 flow 4-7L/min,high α-V_E concentraction and recovery was obtained.
