摘要
研究了酯交换溶剂、反应时间、反应物料比、催化剂种类、催化剂浓度、酯交换次数以及萃取时间等不同因素对从糠蜡中提取高碳脂肪醇的影响。结果表明 ,采用丁醇作为酯交换溶剂 ,物料比为 1∶10 ,0 .1%KOH为催化剂 ,反应 8h ,用丙酮萃取 12h能够使酯交换反应充分进行 ,产物高碳脂肪醇得率较高 ,而且其中的二十八烷醇和三十烷醇含量较高。
The influence of different solvents, reaction time, ratio of wax and solvent,kind and concentration of catalyzer,reaction degree and extraction time on the extracting result of high fatty alcohols from rice bran wax was studied.The results indicated that the yield of high fatty alcohol and content of octacosanol and triacontanol were higher when reacted for 8h in n-butynol contained 1% KOH and ratio of wax and solvent 1∶20 and extracted for 12h.
