摘要
[目的 ]探讨太原市空气PM10 和SO2 污染对儿童肺功能的影响。 [方法 ]应用Dockery公式计算PM10 和SO2个体接触量EPM1 0 、ESO2 。应用多元线性回归分析个体接触量EPM1 0 、ESO2 与儿童肺功能指标间的相关性。 [结果 ]在采暖期ESO2 在 0 .0 995~ 0 .5 83 5mg/m3 范围波动时 ,均与五项肺功能指标显著相关 ;在非采暖期 ,EPM1 0 在 0 .13 2 4~ 0 .42 14mg/m3 的范围波动 ,均与 4项肺功能指标显著相关。性别分析显示 ,女性儿童的肺功能与PM10 和SO2 显著相关。 [结论 ]太原市的空气污染已对儿童肺功能 ,特别是对女性儿童肺功能造成一定的影响 ,采暖期儿童肺功能显著降低。提示今后太原市应注重PM10 和SO2
Objective] To study the association between the air pollution of PM 10 and SO 2 and childrens pulmonary function. [Methods] EPM 10 and ESO 2 (PM 10 and SO 2 exposure dosage) were calculated according to Dockerys formula,and the association between the air pollution of PM 10 and SO 2 and childrens pulmonary function was analysed by using multiple linear regression. [Results] When ESO 2 ranges from 0.099 5 to 0.583 5 mg/m 3,the correlation between ESO 2 and all indicators of childrens pulmonary function is significant in the heating period. In the non heating period,however,when EPM 10 varies from 0.132 4 to 0.421 4 mg/m 3,it correlated with 4 of 5 indicators significantly. Compared male with female children,the results suggested that female childrens pulmonary function was affected more significantly. [Conclusion] The air pollution has affected childrens pulmonary function,especially female childrens pulmonary function in Taiyuan city. In the heating period,childrens pulmonary function decreased significantly. Therefore,countermeasures should be taken so as to bring PM 10 and SO 2 air pollution under control.
