摘要
对40个不同类型烟草核心种质进行了过氧化物同工酶标记分析,结果表明,种间遗传差异是比较明显的,但多数品种间遗传差异不明显,这与过氧化物酶本身所能表达的遗传多样性有关,但也与实验环境控制及实验技术的掌握有关。40个种质的酶带可划分为13个种群,其中种群A、B和J包括较多的种质,3个野生种具有特异的谱型,种质间的遗传差异与栽培类型并无必然联系,主要取决于种质间演化关系。采用信息聚类法进一步将40个种质划分为3大聚类群,3个野生种分属3个不同聚类群,反映了与其它种质的亲缘关系。类群I包含种群A、C、D、M共17个种质;类群II包含种群B、E、F共9个种质;类群III包含种群G、H、I、J、K、L共14个种质。其聚类群的遗传差异以类群II最大,其次是类群I,类群III最小。
The peroxide isoenzyme markers of40tobacco core germplasms were analysed.The re-sults showed that the difference between species was significant,while difference between varieties was not so signifi cant,this may be due to genetic diversity of peroxide enzyme expression,as well as related to the experiment environment control and test technology.Based on their band patterns,the40germ plasms were divided into13groups,in which,the group A,B and J contained more germ plasms.3wild species had their own peculiar band patterns.The genetic difference between germ plasms depended on mainly their re lation of evolution,not related consequentially to their culture type.Information clustering method was used to divide further the40germ plasms into3kind of clustering crowd.3wild to bacco species belong respectively to3different clustering crowds,which reflected their relation ships with other germ plasms.The crowd I contained group A,C,D and M with17germ plasms;crowd II con tained group B,E and F with9germ plasms;and crowd III contained group G,H,I,J,K and L with14germ plasms.The biggest genetic difference was clustering crowd II,the second was crowd I,and the small set was crowd III.
