摘要 在外热式固定床试验台上,针对城市垃圾中的典型组分,进行高温热解试验研究。试验测量不同条件下产物的产量和加热时间,碳渣的热值和灰分,热解溶液的工业分析以及产气速率和气体热值。试验结果为:垃圾减量率达到80%,热解时间缩短到18min,最大产气速度达到82.5L/min。 Aimed at typical component of urban refuse,the pyrolytic experimental study was carried through on the reac-tor of out-heat fixed bed.In different conditions,these quantum,such a s production yields and pyrolytic time,heating values and ash percentage of c har,proximate anal ysis of pyrolytic liquor,producing rate and heating values of gas,were mea sured in experiment.The result is:the ratio of reducing qu antity of refuse reaches80%;pyrolytic time shortens to18min;the maximu m velocity of producing gas gets82.5L/min.
