摘要 谷胱甘肽是一种非常特殊的氨基酸衍生物,广泛存在于动、植物细胞,在生物体内有许多重要的生理作用。人类组织中GSH的浓度的研究还不广泛。谷胱甘肽的测定有许多方法,目前还没有一种既快速、稳定、特异,又十分灵敏、经济的测定方法。本文对谷胱甘肽的生理意义及其各种测定方法作一综述。 Glutathione(GSH)is a special derivant of amino acid,presents in most plants,animals and microbes,plays a vital role in organisms.We have not widely studied about the GSH level in human tissue.There are various measurements of GSH,by now,we have not built a rapid,stable,specific and sensitive measurement.The physiological and clinical significance of glutathione and evaluation of various measurements of glutathione were reviewed.
