Research on the RP Concept Model

文章介绍了当前快速原型 (RP)技术发展的两个方向。对概念模型机的特点作了详细分析 ,从经济性的角度比较几种常用的RP工艺在概念模型机中应用 ,比较分析了国外几种比较典型的RP概念模型机的特点。从RP概念模型机应具备的几个特点出发 ,结合本单位成熟的RP工艺方法 ,设计并实现国内首创的RP概念模型机。

Two developing trends of the present RP technology are introduced, and the features of the concept model have been analyzed in detail. The applications of several often-used RP techniques using in concept models have been compared from the view of economy, as well as the features of several foreign standard concept models have been compared and analyzed. From the necessary features of the RP concept model, combining with the mature technology of our unit, the first domestic RP concept model has been developed.
