GC/MS/MS法测定中毒样品中毒鼠强的研究

Study of the determining tetrame thylendisulfotetramin in poisons sample by GC/MS/MS

〔目的〕本文研究应用GC/MS/MS法测定中毒食物中的毒鼠强。〔方法〕用苯萃取 ,过无水硫酸钠柱脱水、活性炭脱色净化 ,Gq/MS/NS法测定。〔结果〕本方法的变异系数为 3.8% - 5 .2 % ,回收率为 930 1% - 96 .6 % ,最低检测限为1.0Pg/Kg。〔结论〕本法具有操作方便、灵敏度更高、准确性更好等优点 ,不但完全能满足快速准确检定食物中的毒鼠强 ,还能分析中毒患者血液、尿液、胃液样品中痕量毒鼠强鉴定的要求。

睴bjective〕 To Study The Method And Capitulation For Detection of tetrame thylendisulfotetramin In poisons sample UsedGC/MS/MS.〔Method〕the Method Was Based on all Samples Distill By Is benzene, sodium sulfate anhydrous dehydrate active carbon decolor, Analysised By GC/MS/MS.〔Result〕The Detection Limit Is 1.0Pg/kg; Coefficient of variation is 3.8-5.2%; and Recovery Is 93.1-96.6%.〔Conclusion〕 The Method Was more Sensitive ,Selective, Repeatable, and Accurative.
