重视手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症探讨

PAY GREAT ATTENTION TO THE LUMBAR DISCECTOMY: EFFECIENCY AND OPERATION

目的 :探讨腰椎间盘切除术疗效的优良率与重视腰椎间盘切除术的关系 ;方法 :结合文献对 1 992年 2月— 2 0 0 2年 2月间手术治疗的 2 1 8例腰椎间盘突出症进行手术疗效分析 ;结果 :术后随访 (3— 3 8)个月 ,除一例手术失败外 ,其余均疗效优良 ,优良率达 95% ;结论 :重视腰椎间盘切除术 ,手术指征选择恰当 ,手术方式正确合理 ,术中尽可能多的应用显微外科技术 ,致压物切除彻底 ,是完全可以获得该手术的优良效果。

Objective:To review the relationship between lumbar discectomy outcomes and caring lumbar discectomy.Method:The documents (from Feb.1992 to Feb.2002) of 218 patients who underwent lumbar discectomy were reviewed from February 1992 toFebruary 2002.Results:The all patients were followed-up after surgery for 3-38 months.They had a good therapeutic outcomes except one due to pay a great attention to the operation of lumbar discectomy.The rate of resolving is up to 95%.Conclusion:It is important for lumbar discectomy to selecte a available way of operation such as micerosergery operation, relieveing pressure completely and pay good attention to the condition of patients.
