摘要 目的 探讨牛磺酸对Masugi肾炎大鼠血小板活化因子水平的影响及其对肾功能的保护作用。方法 制作Masugi肾炎模型。采用牛磺酸治疗肾炎大鼠,观察治疗前后大鼠尿中血小板活化因子的变化。同时观察治疗后血清及肾组织PAF以及血肌酐的变化,了解牛磺酸对该模型的干预作用。结果成功制作了Masugi肾炎大鼠模型。与模型组相比,牛磺酸治疗组大鼠24h尿PAF水平及尿蛋白降低,肾组织中PAF含量减少,同时血肌酐也降低。结论 牛磺酸可抑低Masugi肾炎大鼠中PAF水平,并对该肾炎大鼠肾功能具有一定的保护作用。 Objective To investigate the effect of taurine in treating rat with Masugi glomeru-lonephritis.Methods The rat model of Masugi glomerulonephritis was induced by Vasslli's methods. Platelet activating factor and proteinuria in urine were measured at the beginning and the end of the study. Platelet activating factor in serum, renal cortex and renal medulla were measured too at the end of the study .The effect of taurine in this model was observed. Results The model of rat with Masugi glomerulonephritis was reproduced successfully. Taurine could decrease proteinuria and platelet activating factor in urine ( P < 0.05) in serum and the renal cortex(P < 0.01) and renal medulla (P < 0.05) .Conclusions A causal relationship may exist between platelet activating factor level and change in Masugi glomerulonephritis. Taurine has beneficial effect on Masugi glomerulonephritis.
