摘要
带宽是数字存储示波器的一个重要性能,要提高存储示波器的带宽就必须提高采样频率。如何在采样速率一定的前提下,最大限度地改善示波器的带宽性能是高性能存储示波器设计中必须解决的一个难题。采用数字信号处理技术可以有效改善数字存储示波器的带宽性能。本文介绍了一种基于Sin(x)/x内插改善带宽性能的方法,给出了这种方法的实现原理和具体实现过程,并实例比较了这种方法和线性内插方法的示波效果。
The bandwidth of a Digital Storage Oscilloscope (DSO) is based on the highest sampling frequency the DSO can use . Using digital signal processing technique, the DSO can efficiently improve the bandwidth performance. A high resolution interpolation method based on Sin(x)/x is described in this article, and the implementation process is introduced. The real time display shows that Sin(x)/x interpolation can get better result than the linear interpolation method.
