摘要
对马尾松产籽能力和材积生长这2个主要性状进行试验分析,探讨以双性状联合选择方式选择速生且高产的种子园建园材料,克服现有种子园材积性状速生、但产籽性状不高的问题.选择出双性状兼优无性系30个,平均产籽量143g·株-1,产籽能力提高了67%,材积增长率54%,材积遗传增益33%;其中,速生高产型精选树16个,产籽能力提高了109%.以产籽性状进行逆向选择,选择出18个产籽能力负向显著和11个产籽能力负向极显著无性系,而材积生长性状显著或极显著的优良无性系,以无性繁殖方式进行遗传改良利用.
According to the examination and analysis of Pinus massonians by its reproduction ability and volume developing character,we would select the material of high seed output and rapid volume growth by the manner of union selection.This will settle the problem that has a rapid growth of volume but low reproduction ability.The selected thirty asexuality series that have a double character have a reproduction quantity of 143 g per individual,increasing by 67%.The volume increase by 54%,and volume genetic gain is 33%.Among them,the selected sixteen individuals have a increase of 109% for its reproduction ability.According to converse selecting of the reproduction character,we will choose eighteen individuals of high reproduction ability and eleven individuals of low reproduction but high volume increasing for improving and using.
