摘要
利用垂直—倾斜半环对撞流干燥方法,对木质纤维进行初含水率、气流流量、气流温度和带载率等操作参数进行研究,探讨木质纤维的干燥特性规律.研究结果表明,在实验范围内,初含水率、气流温度、气流流量的增大有利于干燥效果的提高,带载率的大小要根据物料降水率的要求来选择.
In this paper,experiments on the influence of initial moisture content,air temperature,air velocity and loading ratio on the process of verticalinclined semicircular combination impinging stream drying had been performed by experimental coaxial impinging stream dryerThe results showed that the increase of initial moisture content,air temperature and air velocity could improve the performance of impinging stream drying of wood fiber and the loading ratios were selected according to material decline water percentage in the range of the operational parameters of this rig
