差动轮系自锁条件的研究

Study on the Self-lock Conditions of Differential Gear Trains

研究了2K H型差动轮系中传动比与功率比的关系,提出了利用传动比判定啮合功率流向的基本公式,得到了各种不同输入输出条件下差动轮系的传动比iaH和iHab的取值范围,建立了差动轮系的自锁条件.

The relationship between power ratio and transmission ratio of 2KH differential gear trains is researched. The formulas are derived for determining the flowing direction of meshing power.The numerical ranges of the concerned transmission ratios iaH and iHab of differential gear trains are obtained, and the selflock conditions of differential gear trains are analyzed.
