摘要
合成了一个新配合物[Mn(H2O)6]H2EDTA(MnC10H26N2O14,H4EDTA=乙二胺四乙酸),用单晶X射线衍射法测定了它的晶体结构.晶体属于单斜晶系,空间群P21/c,a=0.78248(2)nm,b=1.3537(3)nm,c=0.84009(2)nm,β=92 18(3)°,V=0.8892(3)nm3,μ=0 820mm-1,Z=2,Mr=453 27,Dc=1 693g/cm3,F(000)=474,R=0 0304,Rw=0 0732.该分子结构为单核单元,Mn原子位于六个水分子构成的八面体场中,Mn(H2O)62+和H2EDTA2-离子间通过氢键构成三维网状结构.
The complex H2EDTA (H4EDTA=ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid) was obtained. A monocrystalline Xray study shows that the complex is an ion compound (MnC10H26N2O14). The coordination geometry about manganese atom is octahedral. The compound H2EDTA belongs to monoclinic system, P21/c space group with a=0.782 48(2) nm, b=\{1.353 7(3)\} nm, c=0.840 09(2) nm, β=92.18(3)°, V=0.889 2(3) nm3, μ=0820 mm-1, Z=2, Mr=45327, Dc=1693 g/cm3, F(000)=474, R=0030 4, Rw=0073 2. The centrosymmetric Mn(H2O)62+ and H2EDTA2- species are tied into a threedimensional network through an elaborate pattern of hydrogen bonding.
