Synthesis of 5,6-dihydrobenzacridines Aided by Low-valent Titanium Reagent

摘要 以α 四氢萘酮和芳醛为原料合成几种2 (o 硝基亚苄基) 1 四氢萘酮,经TiCl4 Zn作用分别得到一系列新的5,6 二氢苯并[c]吖啶化合物,化合物的结构经IR、1HNMR和元素分析确定. A series of 2 ( o nitrobenzal) 1 tetralones were synthesized by addition reaction of 2 tetralone with aromatic aldehydes,which then were under TiCl 4 Zn system to give some new 5,6 dihydrobenzacridines. Their structures were determined by IR spectra, 1HNMR spectra and elemental analysis.
