Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原在牙龈成纤维细胞和牙周韧带细胞中表达的比较研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的比较人牙龈成纤维细胞与牙周韧带细胞在胶原基质合成方面的差别,并探讨其意义。方法采用组织块法体外培养人牙龈成纤维细胞与牙周韧带细胞,利用免疫细胞化学技术检测Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原在两种细胞中的表达,通过图像分析探讨其表达的差异。结果Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原在牙周韧带细胞中表达阳性,在牙龈成纤维细胞中染色较弱。统计学分析显示,Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原在牙龈成纤维细胞与牙周韧带细胞的免疫细胞化学染色结果具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论牙龈成纤维细胞与牙周韧带细胞胶原基质的合成或分泌存在差异,这种差异可作为鉴别两种细胞的标志之一。 Objective To investigate the different characteristics of periodontal ligament cells and gingival fibroblasts in synthesizing Collagen I and III.Methods Periodontal ligament cells and gingival fibroblasts were cultured from the same patient and detected for expression of Collagen I and III by immunocytochemical methods.Results The immunocytochemical staining showed Collagen I and III were positive in periodontal ligament cells,and mild positive in gingival fibroblasts.Statistical analysis suggested the difference between gingival fibroblasts and periodontal ligament cells.Conclusion There were differences between the periodontal ligament cells and gingival fibroblasts in synthesizing or secreting of Collagen matrix.
