Research & Development of Intelligent Electro-fusion Welding Equipment

介绍一种用于聚乙烯管道电熔式焊接的智能电熔焊接机。该机采用微处理器控制,可自动完成焊接,具有显示焊接进程、保持输出电压的稳定、自动补偿环境温度对焊接的影响、越限报警、超时自动断电等功能。系统的软、硬件设计均采用模块化结构,以利于今后的系统扩展。由于焊接机的工作环境恶劣,系统采取了多种方式的抗干扰设计。实际应用表明,该机在生产现场抗干扰能力强,性能稳定。

This paper introduces an intelligent electro-fusion welding equipment, which is widely used for electro-fusion coupling of polythene pipe. The fusion process is controlled by microcomputer and can automatically complete coupling. The welder has many built-in functions, such as display of coupling process, keeping stable output-voltage, automatically compensating temperature of environment, giving an alarm beyond the limits of voltage and current, and automatically cutting off power supply as a result of overtime. Modularized structure of hardware and software in the system makes it easy for the system expending. There are many methods of resisting various disturbances in the system. The application shows that the welder is capable of resisting disturbances and stable performance.
